Questions people ask before paying
What happens if I go over the limit? Nothing is locked or deleted. Your records stay readable and exportable; you just can't add another property until you archive one or move up a plan.
What if I cancel? Cancel whenever you like, from inside the app. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account returns to Free. Part-periods are not refunded.
Where do card details go? To Stripe, never to us. Roof Yield never sees or stores a card number.
What if I stop paying? Your account drops to Free. Everything you entered stays, and the full export keeps working.
